30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We understand that sometimes you may need to install or test a part to see if it resolves your issue. Therefore, items do not have to be unused to qualify for a return, provided they are returned in good working condition and do not fall under our non-returnable categories listed below.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
We want to ensure you get the exact part you need for your machine. Return shipping costs are determined based on how the part was ordered:

Company-Assisted Orders: If our support team assisted you in identifying the correct part for your machine, and that part does not work or fit as promised, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Independent Orders: If you select and order a part without the assistance of our support team, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying all return shipping costs if the item needs to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
While we accept returns on many used parts, we must maintain strict quality and safety standards for sensitive fluid systems. We cannot accept returns on any hydraulic components that have been used, installed, or exposed to oil. Once these specific items have potentially been exposed to contaminated system fluids, they are strictly non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Seal kits

Any other component that may have been contaminated by oil
One-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All products include a full one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If your part fails within one year of the purchase date due to a flaw in manufacturing or materials, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Please note that this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by contaminated system fluids.
